You agree not to use the AI-generated outputs in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of Prep5 or any third party. Any commercial use or distribution of the AI-generated outputs requires prior written consent from Prep5.

Feedback

Customer hereby grants Salesably a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use any Feedback (as defined below) Customer communicates to Prep5 during the Term, without compensation, without any obligation to report on such use, and without any other restriction. Prep5's rights granted in the previous sentence include, without limitation, the right to exploit Feedback in any and every way, as well as the right to grant sublicenses. Feedback will not be considered Customer's Confidential Information. ("Feedback" refers to any suggestion or idea for modifying any of Prep5's products or services, including without limitation all intellectual property rights in any such suggestion or idea.)

Personal information included in Feedback will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any activities that compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of Prep5's systems. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Hacking or attempting to hack into any part of the system.
• Reverse engineering any part of the system or its components.
• Performing prompt injection attacks or any other form of code injection.
• Using automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the system in unauthorized ways.
• Any other activities that interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the system.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of access to Prep5's services and may be subject to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Prep5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prep5, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of these Terms of Service.
